Women @ SI

Sports Interactive is a company that encourages people to have their own voice. SI have a 'Women @ SI' committee where we discuss a lot of things including how to encourage more women to work in male-dominated industries.

I was able to lead a series of posts that highlight the women that work at Sports Interactive in the hopes of raising awareness of our experiences, and hopefully to encourage more women like us to apply for SI!

With the help of the women in our Women @ SI committee and several lovely people in our Comms and Marketing team, we were able to commandeer the Sports Interactive LinkedIn and blog, and post about each individual woman that volunteered.

My main aim was to celebrate the women that work at SI in a way that came across as transparent, honest, and open. If I got someone like me to read these posts and think 'wow, SI seems like a genuinely good place to work', just like I did before I started working here, then I had done what I intended.

I loved doing this and hope to do more in an attempt to make a difference in the future.

Here's some other designs I've done while working at SI. I'm extremely grateful for all that I've learnt while being here, and I can only hope I can continue learning more and more about the design field from my seniors.
